PHYSIOTHERAPY INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Starting with a thorough history of your symptoms and your general health, this will be followed by a physical examination. There will be time for an explanation, treatment and a Home Exercise Programme to get started on, empowering you to get better in between sessions. All from the comfort of your own home. PHYSIOTHERAPY FOLLOW UP
40 minutes of time dedicated to you, aiming to improve your symptoms and future-proof your body. A variety of treatments used, including education, exercise therapy, manual therapy, Pilates, acupuncture and breath work. All from the comfort of your own home. NB; cost inclusive of call out fee.

PILATES 1 TO 1
Great for helping to manage niggly muscular problems, with a focus on moving from the core, and breathing well. Ideal for if your thinking of joining a class but you're worried about technique.1 to 1 Pilates will ensure you get more from a class setting. All from the comfort of your own home or can be virtual. NB; cost inclusive of call out fee.
